We do not do cash refunds!
Services – We try to make sure that every client is as satisfied as possible. Regrettably, we do not provide monetary refunds due to the nature of our client acceptance policy, which is contingent on our availability. When a client books a service, we allocate specific times for them, potentially turning away prospective clients during that period.
Digital products purchased from this site are considered final and non-refundable. It is essential to download the resource within 24 hours of purchase, as the download link expires. If we need to manually resend the resource, a 5% fee will be applied.
We retain the right to modify or terminate services and the Client-Company relationship at any time for reasons such as, but not limited to, the Client’s engagement in dangerous or criminal behavior, inappropriate or offensive conduct, or irresponsible and disrespectful behavior. Ice Virtual Solutions will communicate the reason for termination or modification, effective immediately upon notification. In such instances, a refund for any remaining services may be issued at the discretion of Ice Virtual Solutions.
SALES/DISCOUNTED ITEMS/ SERVICES WILL NOT UNDER ANY CONDITION BE TRANSFERRED OR REFUNDED
